[Parish] Blood Bank

HI, folks, the Stanford Blood Bank will not be bringing their Bloodmobile to
Christ Church after all.  But we hope that as many of you as possible will
be able to donate blood at one of the Stanford Blood Bank facilities.  We
have selected two days when you might sign up and contribute along with
other parishioners or select another day & time that is convenient.

 

The days we have selected are the following:

 

Monday afternoon, Nov. 16th, starting around 1:00 pm.  (They are open from
noon to 7:30pm that day.)

 

Saturday morning, Nov. 21st, starting around 9:00 am.  (They are open from
7:30 am to 3:00 pm that day.)

 

To arrange a donation appointment, call the Stanford Blood Center 650
723-7831, select option #1, and arrange an appointment at either (a) 515
South Dr. in Mountain View near El Camino Hospital or (b) 3373 Hillview
Ave., Palo Alto which is a half block off Foothill Expressway.

 

If neither of those two designated days is convenient, the Stanford Blood
Center is open four other days of the week:

Tuesday & Thursday, 12 Noon - 7:30 pm

Wednesday & Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

 

A special thanks to you if you are able to donate, and we would welcome an
indication that you have given so we can include your contribution in the
