[Parish] Lenten Series, Couples Conversation

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

How are your Lenten disciplines going so far?  I have had a pretty  
hard time living up to what I had hoped to do this Lent!  Thank God  
it is also a time for better understanding God's forgiveness.  I pray  
that God is speaking to you on this beautiful spring day.  Even the  
wildflowers seem to be glorifying God right now.  Maybe I am  
particularly aware of this in returning from this weekend's parish  
retreat.  My only regret was I didn't get to talk to more people -  
there were some amazing folks there who I didn't even get a chance to  
speak to at all.

I wanted to remind you that this week Jim will be giving the Lenten  
supper presentation on Theresa of Avila.  He's got some good material  
and it should be an excellent program on Wednesday night beginning at  
6:15 p.m.

We also need to hear from you about the Couple's Conversation  
scheduled for Thursday night at 6:15 p.m.  So far we have a small  
group of really interesting people.  It'll be great but so much  
better if you can come!  Let us know you're coming so that we can be  
sure to have enough food there.  Baby sitting will be provided.
